LandShifterZ Ghana Ltd Officially Registered Following Name Change Approval by Ghana Chamber of Commerce

The Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI) has approved the name change and registration of LandShifterZ Ghana Ltd, formerly operating under a different entity name. The company, led by Director Terry Tei, will implement the TreeGridTowerZ project, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative to deploy cellular communication towers integrated with aeroponically cultivated trees across Ghana.


Project Overview

LandShifterZ Ghana Ltd, a subsidiary of the global LandShifterZ Group, will utilize patented horticultural technologies (as detailed in Appendices C, D, and E of the project document) to construct towers incorporating indigenous tree species, including African Mahogany and African Teak. The towers will be spaced 8 kilometers apart, aiming to provide nationwide cellular coverage, including rural areas.

Technical Specifications


Tower Construction: Utilizes aeroponic systems managed by Mendel Skulski (Chief Botanical Executive) for tree cultivation.


Infrastructure: Each tower requires 5 aeroponically grown trees, totaling 25,000 trees over 8 years.


Encryption Protocols: Includes contingency plans for non-payment by telecom operators, such as encryption code changes (outlined in the project’s contingency clauses).


Regulatory Compliance

The project adheres to guidelines from Ghana’s National Communications Authority (NCA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Lands Commission. Licensing fees, spectrum charges, and environmental permits are incorporated into the financial model.
